This was created in Photoshop by a friend of mine.
I think he took way too much time, he should have done it on a website lol.
**When opening a new image for this tutorial use TRANPARENT not white as it shows, if you use white the new file will be locked when you start and cant edit it unless you make a layer.** This is a very good reason not to take so much time in making a tutorial in photoshop like this because now if he doesnt have the .psd he will have to remake the whole thing or mod this very image lol.
Tip on saving format:
If you have transparent parts you need to save as a .png or .gif I would use .png for the best results in transparent effects.
Example: My sig viewed using Mozilla Firefox.
If you look at my sig using Internet Explorer you see a blue shade around the whole sig.
Thats because Internet explorer sux balls. Not to mention all the maculus crap you get from scripts executed when browsing to mess up your pc.
