Some people think you cant send a packet in WPE faster then100ms.
Well im here to show you it can be done.
* The reason this video was inspired is because I seen a post in a site one day about it. The guy was telling someone they could open a memory scanner and change ms to less then 100.
This is crazy, so here is a video showing how to do it without all the memory editing. You will find this is more effective.
